Greg Pugh, Founder and Chief Development Officer
As the Founder, Pugh is recognized in the telecommunications industry for his knowledge and commitment to the Six Sigma methodology. Pugh started his career in education using his dual degrees in Physics and Education. Greg gained extensive wireless communications knowledge as a representative for MCPC, Sarcom, and Information Control Corporation, where he was a consultant for custom applications development and Six Sigma.
Pugh founded Integrated Mobile to fill the need for enterprise customers to have a positive end-user experience with their wireless communications service, eliminating waste and inefficiencies. Through the creation of a support system that benefits the end user as well as the carrier, Pugh developed the iWIN Dashboard, the basis of all Integrated Mobile services.
Pugh attended The Ohio State University as an Evans Scholar, awarded to former high-school golf caddies who graduate at the top of their class. He remains committed to the Evans Scholarship program, actively participating as an Alumni Liaison to his alma mater.
Bruce Smith, Chief Operating and Financial Officer
Smith heads up all aspects of the Company’s financial and business operations. He has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in financial management, spanning young private companies to publicly-held entities.
Smith was most recently Chief Financial Officer of privately-held HBD Industries, a diversified industrial manufacturer, where he was responsible for all financial and IT operations and initiatives. Prior to joining HBD in 2004, Smith spent six years with publicly-held Denison International plc (NASDAQ:DENHY), a $200+ million global manufacturer of industrial components that was acquired by Parker Hannifin (NSYE:PH) in 2004.
At Denison, Smith had global financial responsibilities for five business units operating in North America, Europe and Asia, including accounting, GAAP/SEC reporting, M&A activity, planning and budgeting, treasury and risk management, investor relations and legal affairs. In addition, Smith served as a member of the Board of Directors and was instrumental in the successful sale of Denison, including integration of Denison’s operations with the acquiring company. Smith also spent seven years with Yuasa, Inc. (now EnerSys, Inc.) (NYSE:ENS), in a variety of executive financial leadership roles, where he ended his tenure as Vice President of Administration. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Alvernia College.
Nick Pike, Vice President of Business Development
Pike joined Integrated Mobile in 2005 to lead the Company’s business development efforts. In 2003, Nick joined a major wireless carrier as a sales executive representing strategic enterprise accounts. He recognized the need for customized wireless applications and was integral in the development of Sprint’s Business Solutions Partners sales channel. He was awarded membership in the President’s Club in 2004, an honor given to the top 1% of Sprint’s sales professionals. He was recognized for servicing strategic accounts with expertise and professionalism.
Pike was a member of the European Professional Golfers Association (PGA) and played in the British Open. After leaving the tour, he founded Regency Golf, a leading European manufacturer and distributor of golf clubs, and grew the enterprise into a chain of retail golf stores. After years of traversing continents, he chose to reside in the United States.
Jeff Fugitt, Vice President of Marketing
Fugitt has a 16-year track record which spans startups to Global 500 organizations and leadership roles in guiding three ventures to successful exits for their investors with more than $760 million in value creation. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing for TRAQ where he was a driving force behind five-fold revenue growth and the creation of a category-leading brand as recognized by Gartner. Prior to TRAQ, he was vice president of marketing for Yehti, an e-mail marketing software company which was acquired by Digital Impact. He has also held marketing leadership positions at Prodigy, which was acquired by SBC for $465 million; Allied Riser Communications, where he played a key role in its $280 million initial public offering; and GTE. He has been instrumental in not only rapidly growing several emerging technology companies but also in identifying and establishing new market and product categories, successfully launching multiple new product lines, driving category leadership and creating strategic partnerships.
