Web Manager/Project Analyst

Integrated Mobile is seeking a Web Manager/Project Analyst to join our team! If you have a background in HTML coding and website configuration and want to work for a great company - look no further! Integrated Mobile offers a great working environment! This position is 20-30 hours a week in our Mason, OH location for the next 3-4 months with the potential to become a full time position. Excellent position for graduating college student or an internship!
The Web Manager is responsible for developing and designing client web portals, supporting iWIN clients and training Integrated Mobile Client Administrators.

Skills:
  • Understanding of basic HTML coding
  • Ability to use Visio, Excel, and other Microsoft applications
  • Understanding the website configuration and the global verbiage control
  • Ability to communicate effectively to clients and fellow employees
  • Ability to read carrier matrices and update inventory
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects at the same time
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to read and interpret carrier contracts, carrier data and Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks and have a sense of urgency
  • Develop SLAs for tasks requested from Web Manager
  • Facilitating conference calls and meetings

Understanding and ability to set up websites - the Web Manager will be required to support the following tasks:
  • Demo site development
  • iWIN site development
  • Managed Services
  • iWIN users and Administrators – set up the various users
  • Custom Fields – create custom fields when/if required
  • Approval process
  • Ability to create custom inventory, both plans and devices
  • Ability to update CRM profiles, add files, and set up iWIN users
  • Ability to create and edit bundles
  • Ability to train clients on websites and the iWIN dashboard
  • Ability to work with the IT department to report bugs/issues/enhancements

Understand the Integrated Mobile Corporate Structure - the Web Manager must have an understanding of Integrated Mobile’s corporate structure.
  • Understand/learn the various Integrated Mobile Roles (CSM, ISC, etc.)
  • Understand/learn Integrated Mobile services (iWIN, iManage, iBill, etc.)
  • Understand/learn to navigate through the Integrated Mobile Core (Know how the iWIN/MyWIN Dashboards work)

Understanding the Core and CRM functionality -the Web Manager most posses the understanding of Integrated Mobile’s Core, CRM functionality and have the ability to navigate within the Core and have the ability complete the necessary tasks required to support project implementation.
