The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients in an effort to generate high-potential appointments, increasing awareness providing accurate and timely information on Integrated Mobile's products, solutions and services. Sucess is accomplished through a high volume of outbound telephone activity utilizing both cold and warm leads, follow-up calls from marketing campaigns (direct mail, webinars, sales kick-offs etc.), and web-site tracking applications. You will be rewarded for achieving quantitative sales goals and objectives through a variable compensation program based on qualified leads and progression to close.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manages and executes multiple marketing programs that deliver qualified sales leads to the organization.
- Accurately promotes products, solutions, and services and maintains knowledge of Integrated Mobile's software products.
- Articulates thoughts in a professional manner and promotes a positive and professional corporate image while on the phone.
- Meets predetermined lead generation quotas for outbound calls and appointment setting.
- Identifies key decision makers and projects for sales leads in target markets.
- Augments existing database records in order to provide the latest company and contact information to the sales team, as well as any intelligence on the marketplace that can be captured.
- Develops and executes customer acquisition campaigns across product solutions and using multiple techniques and channels. (web, direct mail, trade shows, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume outbound phone sales experience preferred
- Proven success in a business-to-business role
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, Associated Degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work at a fast pace in an independent environment
- Desire to work with a creative, entrepreneurial approach to building leads and self-managing income potential
