Essential Duties & Responsibilities |

Effectively analyzes data and provides in timely manner for client quarterly reviews.

Summarizes and communicates findings at various levels for a range of audiences.

Provides quarterly voice optimizations, transaction reports and call center statistics for all clients.

Provides quarterly additional business intelligence for clients.

Other Duties |
-
Provides timely and courteous response to both internal and external customer inquiry and requests.

Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports Integrated Mobile's standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications |
- Associates Degree or 2-4 years of previous related work experience.
- Previous experience with data aggregation, manipulation and optimization.
